I always had a strange curiosity for Alaska. In 2019, I was offered a position at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). Three years later, my wife and I fell in love with the area and community so much that we knew Alaska was going to be our home. I retired from the Air Force in March of 2022. As a Chief Master Sergeant, I had the opportunity to serve with and mentor service members from all branches. I was considered an expert logistician. I would also consider myself a master student; I am a Six Sigma Certified Scrum Master, Kaizen Facilitator, and Change Manager. Additionally, I earned my bachelors in Transportation & Logistics Management and Masters in Organizational Leadership. 

I often field questions as to why I crossed over to Real Estate. I realized after many years serving as a Traffic Management Office (TMO) expert, that I really enjoyed working with people and building connections. In TMO, I had the opportunity to assist service members, DoD contractors, and their families with relocations. I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges, stressors, cherished memories, and logistics behind purchasing, selling, and relocating from your homes. I am adept at maneuvering stressful environments, multi-tasking, and delivering solutions. I value hard work, trust, and respect. I believe those are key qualities that will separate me from other realtors and/or agents.
