I graduated from University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in 2004. After sowing some oats mountian bike guiding in New Zealand for a season, I moved to Wasilla, Alaska, to help others buy and sell real estate as well as investing for myself. I was a top producing agent in Alaska from 2005 to 2016, earning awards each year as well as obtaining titles such as Associate Broker and Certified Residential Specalist.

 

I also have a proven track record in commercial real estate, from a 52-unit apartment complex to car washes to retail/industrial buildings. My favorite specialization is helping people find residential income properties; breaking down the numbers and guiding them in their own path to financial freedom. I moved to Boise in 2016 for family and continued full time real estate down there for 5 years. In 2021 I made it back to my "home" in Wasilla Alaska, moving right back into the best team I have ever had the pleasure of working with, The Crozier Team!
