I bring over 20 years of real estate experience to work for you! Along with my steadily growing real estate team, I am among the highest producing Realtors® in the Mat-Su Valley. I was named 2011 Realtor® of the Year by the Valley Board of Realtors®. I specialize in new construction and residential listing/sales.

A fourth-generation Alaskan, Brian was born and raised in Anchorage. He has almost 20 years’ experience working in wholesale distribution for commercial and residential contractors throughout the state. In his younger years, Brian would spend his summers working various commercial fishing boats in Bristol Bay, Kodiak, Southeast and Washington’s Puget sound. In total, he’s seen every bit of coastline from Togiak to Bellingham. Brian’s first foray into real estate was a year working for the property management of a local school while he lived in Laramie, WY. After graduation, he immediately entered the Weidner Property Management and Real Estate program at UAA. Brian’s most significant inspiration to enter real estate was the purchase of his first home under the guidance of Traci Barickman. Traci’s patience and care during the various transactions ultimately proved invaluable and showed Brian how a good team full of people who care about what they do would be a great place to learn and grow in a new field. As a licensed real estate professional, Brian will apply the same care and concern he received as a home buyer himself. His resourcefulness and experience throughout the state will help navigation the many unique situations that may arise and he will ensure that every client is informed and comfortable every step of the way.
