We live in Arizona, so Jason visited our home in Wasilla multiple times to assist the inspector (we had multiple inspections), appraiser, and cleaners (the cleaners didn't show up the first time, and he waited there for hours and rescheduled with them accordingly.) We will not be in Alaska for another few weeks, and he assured us he'll even check on the property while we're away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're so grateful to have found Jason, and this fantastic team. Thank you for everything!! Love our new home!!

Honestly, the easiest and most stress-free process we have ever experienced! Loretta had everything under control at all times. She provided professional insight in a way that made us feel safe and that we had the full picture with all of our options out in front of us. We really enjoyed working with Donald & Stephanie, when we bought our home. They were very accommodating, whenever we wanted to look at another home, they were ready. Waiting is not our strong point, and they kept things moving forward. It was really good to be able to use their expertise to our benefit, anytime we wondered about anything, they could explain it simply. A lot of real estate is difficult to understand, but we felt reassured because they checked everything out for us and kept us informed throughout the entire process. But most of all, Donald & Stephanie are real people. They hear you when you have something to say and are quick to help in any way they can. The Elite Real Estate Group is absolutely amazing! I've worked with Krystal directly for many years, closing on 7 different transactions.
