He even offered to help with home repairs and moving when it came down to a time crunch. Cindy Ziegler was so helpful during our home buying experience. Our family really wanted to buy a fixer upper and repair it to build equity. But buying a fixer upper means looking at a lot of truly terrible homes until you find the perfect diamond in the rough. Cindy looked at a ton of homes with us and was willing to help us evaluate the pros and cons of various homes. When we finally found the home we loved, it was a foreclosure. She was amazing. buying a foreclosure was nothing like any home buying process we had previously encountered but Cindy walked us through each step.
